Submission of your paper

1. Please send paper in Word & PDF format to ispeindia@outlook.com and nagarsenkarmangal@gmail.com before March 31, 2021.   

2. The paper needs to be of at least 4 A4 size sheets and not more than 6 A4 size sheets. Please provide a   margin of 2.5 cm from all sides. 

3. Please use Roman Time New Font, size 12 and line spacing of   1.5 . References can   be added in minimum Font size 10 with single spacing. 

4. Please include a title (in capital), names of authors (first   name followed by Surname) the name of presenting author with asterisk, email id of   presenting author if selected for oral presentation and   complete address of the institution including state, and pin code in the top   Left-hand corner.

5. Papers not compliant with given   format will not be considered for evaluation and further steps.

6. Please ensure that the paper clearly represents   your research, methods, results and includes discussion,   conclusions,   references and acknowledgements. Use of tables, figures and graphs is highly   encouraged.

7. You may also submit your paper online by completing the form below.

• Students pursuing their research to obtain either Master’s or Ph. D degree from Indian Universities are eligible to register for this competition. 
• The Research work should be original and not published earlier. 
• If the winning paper is submitted by more than one student, the prize will be shared by all contributing students of the paper. The prize will be given to the first named student in the paper.
• The registration both for the competition and ISPE India Conference to be held on June 1, 2021 is complimentary.
